At EvanBuilt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Not be a sale or discounted item (final sale items are non-returnable)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@evanbuilt.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@evanbuilt.com with photos. We will resolve it at no extra cost to you.
