At EvanBuilt, we strive to deliver premium quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged/defective)

• Used or washed products

• Products without original packaging

Return Process:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders:
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Wrong Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Shipping Charges:
